KURSHUNI Plating for Silver Jewellery
KURSHUNI follows a production process that respects both humans and nature with the philosophy of #ExcellentQuality. KURSHUNI also offers the highest quality plating by using nano technology.
KURSHUNI SILVER JEWELLERY PLATING QUALITY
KURSHUNI Plating is an electroplating application applied to 925K silver using multiple layers and advanced technology.
During this process, micron plating is applied using high-quality materials and nano technology.
KURSHUNI Silver Jewellery is presented with four plating options on 925K silver:
- Rhodium Plating (White Gold Color)
- 21K Rose Gold Plating (Rose Gold Color)
- 24K PURE Gold Plating (Pure Gold Color)
- Black Rhodium Plating (Black Color)
KURSHUNI’s 24K PURE GOLD PLATING
The purity of gold is measured by carat. 1K represents one twenty-fourth of pure gold by weight; therefore, 24K gold is pure gold.
A higher carat value means higher gold purity.
24K gold is 100% pure and does not contain any other metals — this is what we call PURE GOLD. There is no higher measurement than 24K to express purity. It has a shiny, distinctive, and unchanging yellow color. Due to its perfect purity and unique color, 24K gold is more valuable than 21K, 18K, or 14K gold.
24K gold has a soft texture, which makes it unsuitable for standard jewellery production. It is mostly used in bars, coins, or in the manufacturing of electronic and medical devices. In KURSHUNI Silver Jewellery, the yellow gold color is achieved by applying multi-layered KURSHUNI Plating using 24K pure gold — the highest degree of purity used in the sector. As a result, our silver jewellery has a pure gold color and high resistance. Aging may only occur through scratching.
KURSHUNI’s 21K ROSE GOLD PLATING
The purity of gold is measured by carat. 1K represents one twenty-fourth of pure gold by weight; therefore, 24K gold is pure gold.
A higher carat value means higher gold purity.
21K gold contains 21/24 pure gold, with the remaining portion composed of silver, copper, and other materials that define its hardness. It is relatively less expensive than 24K gold but more valuable than 18K or 14K gold.
In KURSHUNI Silver Jewellery, the rose gold color is achieved by applying multi-layered KURSHUNI Plating using 21K pure gold — the highest degree of purity used in the sector. As a result, our silver jewellery features a unique “peach gold” color due to the high gold content and has high durability.
KURSHUNI’s RHODIUM PLATING
Rhodium is a noble metal from the platinum family.
It is resistant to oxidation and corrosion, just like other platinum-group metals (palladium, platinum, osmium, iridium).
In KURSHUNI Silver Jewellery, the white gold color is achieved by applying multi-layered KURSHUNI Plating using Rhodium.
