How to Choose the Right Tennis Bracelet Size?
A tennis bracelet wraps the wrist in a continuous line of light. Its evenly set stones create a refined yet distinctive brilliance, making fit just as important as design.
A bracelet that is too tight can restrict movement, while one that is too loose may slide too far down the hand and interrupt the clean, fluid line of the stones.
At KURSHUNI, we believe the right size should sit close to the wrist while still allowing the bracelet to move naturally with you.
How Should a Tennis Bracelet Fit?
We do not recommend wearing a tennis bracelet as tightly as a watch, but it should not feel overly loose either.
For an ideal fit, the bracelet should:
- • Feel comfortable without tightening around the wrist.
- • Not fall too far onto the hand.
- • Move slightly as your wrist moves.
For us, the best fit is close to the wrist, comfortable and easy to move in.
How to Measure Your Wrist for a Tennis Bracelet
Use a soft measuring tape and wrap it around your wrist just above the wrist bone.
The tape should touch your skin without feeling tight, and it should not be loose enough to leave a gap. Keep your wrist in a natural position while measuring for the most accurate result.
If you do not have a measuring tape, wrap a non-stretch string or a thin strip of paper around your wrist, mark where the ends meet, then measure the length with a ruler.
How Much Should You Add to Your Wrist Measurement?
When choosing a tennis bracelet size, we generally recommend adding 0.5–1 cm to your wrist measurement for comfort and movement.
If you prefer a closer, more secure fit, an extra 0.5 cm may be enough. If you like the bracelet to move a little more freely, choose closer to 1 cm of extra room.
For example, if your wrist measures 16 cm, a bracelet length of approximately 16.5–17 cm should work well. Choose the closest available size according to how you prefer your bracelet to sit.
KURSHUNI Tennis Bracelet Sizes
We offer our box-clasp KURSHUNI tennis bracelets in six sizes:
Our box-clasp tennis bracelets do not have an extender chain, so choosing the right size is especially important.
A Simple Size Example
Let us say your wrist measures 16 cm.
If you prefer the bracelet to sit closer to the wrist with less movement, M / 16.5 cm would be a suitable choice.
If you prefer a slightly looser and more fluid fit, you could consider L / 17.5 cm; however, this size will sit more loosely on a 16 cm wrist.
When deciding between two sizes, we recommend considering not only your wrist measurement, but also how you want the bracelet to feel and move when worn.
