Warranty Policy
KURSHUNI provides a fully lawful warranty covering manufacturing and material defects in original KURSHUNI jewelry purchased from its own stores (including the Online Store) or from authorized KURSHUNI retailers. Under this warranty, any product found to be defective may, at the discretion of KURSHUNI or an authorized KURSHUNI point of sale, be subject to the following:
- The jewelry under warranty may be repaired depending on the extent of the damage, whether repair is possible, and whether spare parts are available.
- If available, it may be replaced with the same item.
- A shopping voucher equivalent to the sales amount of the jewelry may be issued.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
These warranty terms shall apply unless there are any specific warranty conditions accepted for particular jewelry items. KURSHUNI reserves the right to make changes or adaptations to these warranty terms at any time at its sole discretion.
This warranty coverage does not affect your statutory rights.
1. What does the warranty cover?
KURSHUNI warrants that KURSHUNI branded jewelry purchased from an authorized KURSHUNI point of sale, including the online store at www.kurshuni.com.tr, is of high quality and free from material and workmanship defects, provided that it has been subject to normal use.
Within the warranty period described in question 3 below, KURSHUNI will repair or replace any KURSHUNI branded jewelry if it is determined to have a material or manufacturing defect.
2. What does the warranty not cover?
The warranty does not cover damage which, in the opinion of KURSHUNI or an authorized KURSHUNI point of sale, results from accident or improper use, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repair/replacement attempts, or failure to follow KURSHUNI’s specific product “Instructions for Use.”
3. What is the warranty period?
KURSHUNI branded jewelry is covered by warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase.
4. How can a warranty claim be initiated?
To benefit from the warranty, you may initiate your claim through the following methods:
- You may contact us by sending an email to customer@kurshuni.com or via our WhatsApp line at +90 538 394 11 93, including a photo of the defective product, your invoice, and a description of the complaint / issue. Once this notification has been received, you will receive a reply containing information on how to send your jewelry to the KURSHUNI Repair and Maintenance Department.
- We recommend that you send your jewelry by registered or recorded mail and insure it based on its retail value.
5. What happens after the repair and maintenance department receives the jewelry?
Warranty eligibility is determined after the jewelry has been received and examined. If a material or manufacturing defect is found, the KURSHUNI Expert will decide, depending on whether repair is possible, whether the jewelry will be replaced with the same or an equivalent item, or repaired. If it is determined that the damage did not result from any material or manufacturing defect, an after-sales Repair or Maintenance Service will be applied.
Under the repair and maintenance service, the shipping cost of the jewelry and all other related shipping expenses shall be borne by the customer.
REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE SERVICE
KURSHUNI offers its customers both maintenance and repair services after sales. Depending on the frequency of use, we recommend that your jewelry be serviced at least once a year.
