Returns
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unworn and unused
- in their original condition
- returned with original packaging
Ring fit may vary slightly depending on the design. We recommend measuring carefully to ensure the best fit. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct ring size before placing an order.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
You may be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, earrings may not be eligible for return if they show any signs of wear or use.
Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable unless they are faulty.
Certain items may not be eligible for return where permitted by applicable law.
Return process
To initiate a return, you must contact us with your order details by email at customer@kurshuni.com or via WhatsApp at +90 538 394 11 93.
Once your request is received, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
Returns must be sent back within 14 days after notifying us of your return request.
Returns must be shipped to our designated return address.
As we operate internationally and ship from outside the European Union, return shipping may involve international delivery, costs, and procedures. Unless the item is faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns must be shipped using a delivery method where all duties and taxes are paid. We are unable to accept returns that incur customs charges, as we operate internationally.
We are not responsible for returns that are delayed, held, or rejected due to unpaid customs duties.
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your order and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval before a refund is issued.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If a purchase was made using a gift card, refunds will be issued back to the original gift card.
If a discount code was used, the refunded amount will reflect the discounted price paid. Discount codes are non-refundable and cannot be reissued.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery.
All damage claims are subject to review. We may request photographic evidence of the product, packaging, and shipping materials to assess the claim.
Each order is carefully prepared and documented during packing as part of our quality control process.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost where applicable.
