Purpose of the Hotline

The Whistleblowing Hotline is designed to facilitate the reporting of the following:

• Violations of company policies or procedures
• Workplace harassment or discrimination
• Safety and environmental concerns
• Any other unethical behavior or legal violation
  

Protection Against Retaliation

We strictly prohibit any form of retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith. Retaliation may include termination, demotion, harassment, or any other adverse action. Any form of retaliation will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

All reports may be submitted anonymously, and all information provided will be handled with the utmost confidentiality.
