Your email address information collected electronically within the scope of your e-newsletter subscription request will be processed by Kuasar Kuyumculuk Yapı Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (“KURSHUNI”), as the data controller, for the purpose of sending commercial electronic messages regarding campaigns, promotions, discounts, and product introductions belonging to KURSHUNI. Your email address information may only be shared with our suppliers for the purpose of sending commercial electronic communications for the stated purpose. Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds of "the necessity of processing the personal data of the parties to a contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract" as stated in Article 5, paragraph 2, subparagraph (c) of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data ("the Law"). You can submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law, which regulates the rights of the data subject, in writing to KURSHUNI at the address Yenibosna Merkez Mah. Kuyumcular Sk.
