2. SUBJECT
This Preliminary Information Form aims to inform the BUYER about the product(s) to be purchased through www.kurshuni.com.tr, including product features, price, delivery, payment, and the right of withdrawal.
3. PRODUCT AND ORDER INFORMATION
The type, quantity, main characteristics, sale price (including taxes), shipping cost, and total amount of the product(s) are stated on the order summary screen and form an integral part of this form.
4. PAYMENT METHOD
4.1. Payment is made using the method selected during the order process. The order summary page includes information on the number of installments, if any, in which the total order amount will be paid. Your bank may offer campaigns that allow a higher number of installments than the one you selected, or services such as installment deferral. Such campaigns are at your bank’s discretion, and if our company is informed of them, information regarding these campaigns is provided on our pages. From the statement date of your credit card, the total order amount will be divided by the number of installments and reflected on your credit card statement by your bank. The bank may not distribute installment amounts equally among the months, taking fractional differences into account. The preparation of your detailed payment plan is at your bank’s discretion. Information regarding interest rates and default interest are matters that the BUYER must confirm with their bank, and the BUYER accepts and undertakes that such matters fall within the scope of the contractual relationship between the BUYER and their bank.
4.2. Delivery shall be made by the SELLER to the address specified by the BUYER during the order process, via the cargo company. Shipping conditions and any applicable charges are stated on the order screen.
4.3. The products are dispatched within the stated delivery period following order confirmation.
5. GENERAL PROVISIONS
5.1. The product(s) subject to the contract shall be delivered to the BUYER or to the person/organization at the address indicated by the BUYER, within the period explained in the preliminary information on the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER’s place of residence, provided that this does not exceed the legal 30-day period following receipt of the order by the SELLER, as determined by laws and regulations.
5.2. The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product subject to the contract in a sound and complete condition, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order.
5.3. If you have any complaints or objections regarding your order and/or the product subject to your order and/or any matter related to your order, you may submit your complaints to the SELLER through the contact details stated above or through the contact information provided on the website www.kurshuni.com.tr. Your complaint applications will be recorded immediately, evaluated by the authorized departments, and efforts will be made to resolve them, with feedback provided to you as soon as possible.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You may return the jewelry you purchased from www.kurshuni.com.tr within 14 days from the date of delivery by exercising your right of withdrawal. The BUYER must notify the SELLER in writing within this period that they wish to exercise the right of withdrawal. This notification may be made by sending an e-mail to customer@kurshuni.com or by contacting the WhatsApp line at 0538 394 1193. Following the notification, instructions regarding the return process will be sent to the BUYER.
In order for the return to be accepted, the BUYER must return the products in their original KURSHUNI packaging, unworn, unused, and undamaged. The orders that the BUYER wishes to return must be sent completely as received, together with the product, invoice, delivery note, certificate, insurance forms, and any gift products, if applicable.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
The BUYER may not exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:
- Contracts related to goods or services whose prices change depending on fluctuations in financial markets and are not under the control of the seller or provider.
- Contracts related to goods prepared in line with the consumer’s requests or personal needs.
- Contracts related to the delivery of goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after delivery, and whose return is not suitable in terms of health and hygiene.
Due to hygiene conditions, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for our earrings.
7. REFUND
If the return is approved, the price of the jewelry item(s) will be refunded to the credit card if the order was placed using a credit card, or to the bank account if the order was placed via wire transfer/EFT.
