- Returned products cannot be exchanged for the same or equivalent items. A new online order must be placed. Jewelry purchased from www.kurshuni.com cannot be returned to local KURSHUNI retail locations.
- Due to hygiene requirements, cancellation rights cannot be exercised for earrings.

KURSHUNI orders are prepared and shipped within a maximum of 3 business days from the order date. Delivery time after shipping may vary depending on the delivery schedule of the contracted shipping company.
Products purchased from our online store can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. Products must be in their original KURSHUNI packaging, unused, and complete. For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for earring models.
